My name is Tracy Kentz and I am very excited to bring my yoga practice to Palisade, Colorado. I am a 200 hour Certified Yoga Teacher and Register Nurse. Yoga has been part of my life for over 20 years and I believe that yoga is very personal, yet has the ability to bring people together. I look forward to meeting you and helping you personalize and grow in your yoga journey.
