Slow Flow Vinyasa is designed to create a beautiful synchrony between breath and movement. The first section of the class is focused on warming up the spine in six directions, we then move into the flow focusing on syncing our breath with movement, next we focus on balancing, and then finish the class on the floor for a restorative cool down. This class is an intermediate to advanced yoga practice but can be modified for beginners.
The Hatha classes are designed to calm to the mind with your breath while bringing awareness to your body and posture. This is a good class for all levels and for anyone who wants to strengthen their core and balance.
Yin Yoga is designed to release the tight fascia that encloses your muscles and lubricate your joints. In this class we spend our time on the floor and hold each pose from 2-7 minutes. This class is designed for all levels and focuses on you meeting your personal edge. You may also notice you are more energized after completing a Yin class.
Hot Power Flow is an invigorating blend of Hot Yoga and Vinyasa Slow Flow that is designed to stimulate your central nervous system, while finding harmony between your breath and movement. This class is a challenging class with the room temperature at approximately 90-100F, heated with infrared panels. Be ready to be challenged finding strength and depth in each of the postures. Be sure to dress comfortably and hydrate. This class is an intermediate to advanced practice but can be modified for beginners.
Restorative Yoga is a supportive yoga designed to allow for complete relaxation and recovery. We use bolsters and blankets to build from the ground up to fully support your body. You will leave this class feeling refreshed and renewed. This class is designed for beginners to advanced practice yogis.
P.O.Y. HIIT is structured to increase strength and endurance. Moving at a faster pace after warming up this class incorporates High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) to increase cardiovascular output and utilizes Yoga as an active recovery to bring your heart rate down after each interval. Be ready to sweat and leave class feeling energized.
Hot hatha is a heated hatha class focusing on breath work, balance and strength. Class is heated to 90-100F. Each class offers the same sequence of postures so you will know what to expect from the class and feel prepared to push yourself to your limit. Taking this class consistently you will be able to monitor your growth and changes to your mind and body. All levels are welcome.
Helping new students to establish a yoga foundation this hatha class will focus on breath work and postures to increase balance, strength and confidence. Chairs will be offered for modifications and to help establish balance for those who need it with standing postures. All are welcome.

A customized private group session in the Peach Orchard or the studio. All mats and props provided. Private in studio class up to 8 people $30 per person. Private group in the Orchard up to 16 people $40 per person.
